We loved the calm room and friendly staff. Within short walking distance of Carre de Ble, where you can have lunch. The bed was comfortable, best sleep ever. Furthermore, hotel had private parking.
-
Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre. It was worth its 4 stars.
Beds were hard.
-
So handy, easy to reach the train station and close to the city center
-
Don't forget to visit nearby Boulangerie Marie Blachere, they have best coffee ever. Location: 5 minutes' walk to the train station. Ideal base for exploring Avignon.
-
Very convenient location and great staff at least. Palais des papes near the hotel...

Very nice personnel, good breakfast and very good location
-
The staff could have been more friendly it disappointed us
The unfriendliness of the staff
-
Breakfast was good. Proximity to the center ideal. It is essential to reserve a parking space. The car will be parked by the staff, and will be brought back to the departure.
-
Good beds, breakfast was good but too expensive. Good location.
Carpets in the room old and dirty. Bathroom like makeshift.

Friendly.staff and parking service

The location is great. We were traveling with five kids from age 3-11 and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way a couple of times, Sylvia and Phillipe especially. You don't usually get service like that and it was appreciated. Bathrooms were very large in both rooms we had too.

Very well located in Avignon. Very friendly and helpful staff. Giant bathroom!
-
Excellent location, close to train station, convenient for sightseeing.
Breakfast room austere and cold.
-
Close to the train station in a quiet location away from the busy touristy places further up the street. Extremely clean and comfortable hotel, with "American" size rooms. They have a secure "baggagerie" where you can keep your luggage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak English and tolerate your attempts at French if you don't happen to be fluent.

One of the male receptionists at night was very helpful and smart. He can speak fluent English and I was very impressed by his courtesy. We requested about airport transfer vs. taking taxi / Roissy bus and he can clearly tell us the differences and further on recommended the best option which we followed as a result. His professionalism impressed us.
One of the more 'senior / elder' female receptionists could not speak as fluent English as some of the younger staff and she was having difficulty understanding my question on whether I can use my metro tickets for RER (e.g. buying an additional ticket to go with the metro or not), and when I further prompted she immediately felt irritated and just told me to ask at the station.
